Acts 15:32-16:15
Paul and Barnabas get ready for their second missionary journey. There is a disagreement about whom else to bring along as a companion for the trip. The result is that Paul and Barnabas go on separate trips. Ultimately this is a positive thing because two teams go out. Paul leaves from Antioch retracing his steps through Asia Minor of the first missionary journey. They meet Timothy in Galatia and take him along as their assistant. They make their way through Galatia and up to the northwest corner of Asia Minor intending to continue through the rest of Asia Minor but are forbidden by the Holy Spirit to go that way.
